This Co-Managed Advanced Practice role offers a balanced clinical day split between direct patient care and In Basket management support, within a warm and welcoming work culture. Clinicians will see approximately 8 to 12 patients per day on a 30-minute appointment template. The candidate will share a panel with three other providers but are not required to take call. The clinic is conveniently located west of the I-405 freeway with free parking. The facility houses a specialty clinic and offers lab and x-ray on site. Full-time; 1.0 FTE 4-day work week Minimum of 1 year of primary care experience highly preferred Compensation is between $134,768 and $193,898 per year Compensation is based on years of post-licensure experience The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
