Job Description

Provider position We are a growing, patient-centered psychiatric practice dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and dynamic, and we are seeking a provider who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.
Position Type:
Full-Time, 5 days a week
Compensation:
$145,000•$165,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule:
In person and telehealth appointments
Patient Load Expectation:
12-14 patients per week
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and treatment planning Provide ongoing medication management for a diverse patient population Be flexible and comfortable with in-person and telehealthvisits Maintain an average caseload of 12-14 patients per day, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust medications and interventions as clinically indicated Collaborate with other members of the care team Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR system Ensure adherence to all clinical, legal, and ethical standards of care Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and collaborative care discussions Support practice growth through high-quality care, patient retention, and positive patient outcomes Stay current with best practices and emerging treatments in psychiatry
Education/Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher Active and unrestricted PMHNP license (or ability to obtain in Washington State) Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Comfort with both in-office and telehealth appointments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
Compensation & Benefits:
