Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Schedule:

Full-Time Pay:

$110k - $150k Role Highlights Provide comprehensive medical care to adult & geriatric patients Practice across post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care & assisted living settings Conduct patient assessments and manage acute & chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests Coordinate care with nursing staff and consulting providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation On-call coverage as required Requirements Graduate of an accredited NP or PA-C program Eligible for or holding an unrestricted license
