Women & Children's Primary Care Provider (ARNP, MD, DO) Ocean Beach Health | Full-Time Are you passionate about caring for women, children, and families across all stages of life? In this role, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while building long-term relationships with patients and families in a supportive, rural coastal setting. Why This Role Is Special Deliver meaningful, relationship-based care to women and children in a primary care setting Practice in a collaborative environment that values your clinical expertise and autonomy Enjoy a balanced schedule that supports both professional fulfillment and personal well-being Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as a non-profit employee What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic condition management Conduct well-child visits, women's health exams, and age-appropriate screenings Diagnose and treat common illnesses and conditions across the lifespan of women and children Educate patients and families on wellness, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards and policies What You'll Bring Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; women's health, pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient education skills Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a primary care environment Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus Why Ocean Beach Health?
