Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our tight-knit team in Moses Lake, WA. You'll work alongside nine board-certified EM physicians and three APPs at a Level III Trauma Center that sees about 25,000 ED visits a year. Our culture is collaborative and supportive—physicians enjoy teaching and working closely with APPs—and we pride ourselves on strong relationships with hospital services like hospitalists, general surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele-neurology. Shift & schedule details APP shifts: 2:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m., overlapping with physician coverage (7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.). Salary:
$151,200. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) with employer match. Paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage. CME allowance. What we're looking for Board-certified or board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with recent acute care experience. Minimum of 2 years' Emergency Department experience required due to the high-acuity and autonomous nature of the role. Comfortable working independently while knowing you have on-site physician support. Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
