You will be an integral part of our collaborative team of nine providers and will participate in shared phone call coverage approximately every six to eight weeks, ensuring continuity of patient-centered care.

  • An experienced ARNP with a proven track record in a clinic setting. Adult-Gerontology Certification is strongly preferred.

HEC Job Requirements Education:
ARNP Degree, with Adult Gerontology Cerification strongly preferred
Experience:
One year of previous APP experience in primary care, caring for paneled patients 18+ years strongly preferred
License/Certification:
Current State PA/ARNP license with prescriptive authority. CPR certification. BCLS required. Candidates must demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times.
