Job Description Our client's Urgent Care is a new physician-owned urgent care clinic opening in Fall 2026, serving the vibrant Pullman-Moscow region. They're building something special: a collaborative, provider-centric practice where you'll have real autonomy, direct input into clinical protocols, and the satisfaction of establishing care patterns from day one. Located in a college town with the energy and amenities of a much larger city, Pullman offers an exceptional quality of life with outdoor recreation, cultural events, PAC 12 athletics, and a genuine sense of community, all while being just 90 minutes from Spokane and 8 miles from Moscow, Idaho. What You'll Do -Provide high-quality urgent care to walk-in patients across all ages, treating:
  •  Acute illnesses and injuries
  •  Lacerations, minor fractures, sprains
  •  Upper respiratory infections, UTIs, skin conditions
  •  Basic splinting
  •  Point of care testing
  •  Occupational health services
  •  IV clinic administration

  •  Active or eligible for WA state NP or PA license
  •  Graduate degree from accredited PA or NP program
  •  Washington state DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
  •  2+ years urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience
  •  Suturing and minor procedure skills
  •  Comfort with diverse patient presentations
  •  New graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply
