We seek candidates who are self-motivated, independent, looking to make a difference, have the ability to think outside the box, is a team player, and able to assess situations using their expertise and experience. The right candidate will have autonomy in creating their own schedule, working with a supportive team, and excellent pay. The right candidate would be responsible for building rapport with the clients and staff as appropriate, provide medication management support and work with our clinical staff to ensure the best possible care. We work with a vulnerable population and are seeking the right candidate to support our community. Required Skills Ability to define and conduct initial intake and assessment Familiar with mental health behaviors and effective interventions Teamwork Professionalism Flexible and adaptable Ability to build rapport Compassionate Reliable and dependable Creative and open to seeing different points of view Excellent communication skills Able to listen and assess information from various perspectives Organized and detail oriented Technically savvy and able to learn new tools Pass criminal background check Valid drivers license Valid medical license/certificates in Washington required for scope of practice Meet state requirements for Covid19 vaccination Ability to visit facilities/clients in person to conduct initial intakes and monthly follow up sessions Ability to physically pick up at least 20 pounds and walk around facilities Education & Experience Active Nurse Practitioner license in identified state(s)
