Job Description

Deliver full-scope primary care with the time and autonomy to do it well. Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and minor procedures. Build genuine, ongoing relationships with patients and their families. Help share the culture and growth of a small, mission driven clinic. We are a Direct Primary Care clinic that has been operating for over 14 years. We value a healthy work life balance and are willing to hire someone for even just 3 days a week. Pay:
$180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
