$90.00 - $115.00 per hour (D.O.E.)

Job Description:
Are you a PMHNP looking to make a high-impact difference in veteran mental health? Our veteran-owned clinic is seeking a Clinical Lead to spearhead our interventional psychiatry services in Yakima. This role offers the unique opportunity to implement evidence-based ketamine protocols (based on VA national standards) to serve a high-need population.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Develop and manage personalized treatment plans for interventional psychiatry. Provide clinical oversight for ketamine administration. Help shape the clinic's policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of veteran care.
Qualifications:
Valid Washington State ARNP License with PMHNP certification. DEA registration. Interest in the intersection of veteran advocacy and emerging psychiatric therapies. Veteran status or deep experience with military populations is a significant advantage.
Pay:
$105,883.90 - $127,516.09 per year
