$90,000 - $145,000+ annually Lead the Future of Aesthetic & Wellness Care at Driftless Aesthetics As Driftless Aesthetics prepares for the opening of our second location, we are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our leadership and clinical team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated provider who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, patient care, and helping shape the future growth of a modern medspa brand. This role combines clinical excellence, client relationship-building, aesthetic treatments, and leadership oversight across both locations. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, patient-focused, and excited to grow with a fast-growing aesthetics and wellness company. Role The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a clinical provider and medical leader supporting both Driftless Aesthetics locations. This individual will oversee patient safety, treatment protocols, provider collaboration, wellness services, and aesthetic procedures while helping maintain exceptional client experiences and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and helping support the growth of a team-oriented practice. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans Provide aesthetic and wellness treatments including injectables, IV therapy, wellness services, and advanced non-surgical procedures Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards Collaborate with aesthetic providers and support clinical team development Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Support treatment planning, memberships, retail recommendations, and patient retention initiatives Educate clients on services, treatment expectations, pre/post-care, and wellness options Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and team-focused culture Ensure treatment rooms and clinical environments remain clean, safe, and compliant Stay current on industry trends, advanced aesthetic procedures, and wellness innovations Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Wisconsin (Required) Ability to legally oversee both Driftless Aesthetics locations (Required) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Aesthetic, wellness, injectable, or medspa experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of patient safety, facial anatomy, and treatment planning Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced aesthetics and wellness environment Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Results / KPI's Client retention rates Client satisfaction scores Treatment and wellness revenue goals Membership growth Clinical compliance and documentation accuracy Provider and client experience standards Rewards $40.00 - $60.00 per hour based on experience Commission opportunities TipsExpected total annual compensation of $90,000 - $145,000+ Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional development and advanced training opportunities Employee discounts on products and services Complimentary aesthetic services Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding aesthetics and wellness brand Supportive, positive, and collaborative culture Why Driftless Aesthetics?
