Job Description Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking an experienced NP/PA to work with our Cancer Care team located at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial in Manitowoc, WI.

8:00 am-4:00 pm 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) Patient census: introductory period: 6 patients, and after introductory period 12-16 patients Team consists of 1 physician, triage nurses, infusion nurses, and an MA APP will work specifically in the hematology/oncology clinic and support the infusion services of the Cancer Center Day Hospital.

Qualifications:

experience as an NP/PA in hematology/oncology preferred, but will accept any experienced NP/PA.
