It provides a wonderful work-life balance for providers who enjoy a close-knit community atmosphere with the natural beauty of Wisconsin's seasons. Facility This 25-bed Critical Access Hospital has an average daily census of 14-17 patients and offers a collaborative environment with two Hospitalist APCs covering day shifts. The facility also has 24-hour general surgery call coverage and comprehensive ancillary support, including Lab, Imaging, PT/OT, Wound Clinic, Cardiopulmonary, and Respiratory Therapy. Opportunity Advanced Practice Provider•Hospitalist (NP/PA) Job Details Provide hospitalist coverage from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM as part of a two-APC team Manage a varied patient census within an 18-bed department Collaborate with physicians, APCs, and ancillary services Support 24-hour general surgery call coverage Work alongside Lab, Imaging, PT/OT, Wound Clinic, Cardiopulmonary, and Respiratory Therapy teams NPs and PAs welcome Active ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required No board certification requirement to apply Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days Nearest airport: MSP Local lodging accommodations available Compensation $80•115 per hour, depending on experience Weekly pay Malpractice coverage included
