Seeking a responsible and energetic Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse to join a growing Nephrology practice in the Madison area. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll collaborate with a physician team to manage dialysis patients and provide care across various stages of kidney disease in an outpatient setting. Work schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday, with no weekends, holidays, or after-hours calls. Travel to dialysis locations is required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Benefits include competitive salary ($120,000-$130,000), 401(k) with match, health insurance, paid time off, license reimbursement, and professional development support. Qualifications include active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin, prescriptive authority, DEA license, and relevant certifications.
