Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Solid Organ Transplant Surgery - Inpatient 2

Position Summary:

The Medical College of Wisconsin's Department of Surgery, Division of Transplant Surgery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide specialty medical care within the Transplant Surgery service. This position provides a broad range of services to patient of the Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin (F&MCW) Transplant Service Line located in Milwaukee, WI. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality improvement, and teaching.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience working within Transplant Surgery is preferred

Minimum Education:

Advanced Practice Nurse:

Master's Degree or higher in Nursing from a nationally accredited organization. Acute care nurse practitioner preferred. Will consider FNP or adult care with 2 or more years' experience on Inpatient service or ICU.

Physician Assistant:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies from an ARC-PA-accredited organization.
