Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based direct primary care provider, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support our Central Wisconsin care teams on a PRN basis. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians and fellow healthcare professionals across our clinic network to provide high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64, filling in as coverage needs arise.
