Located in the beautiful North Gate area, our outpatient practice provides a warm, collaborative, and uplifting environment for both our patients and our care team. We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive, cutting-edge psychiatric care and collaborating closely with trusted local recovery centers to support the mental health needs of the broader recovery community. We are seeking a passionate, driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or an FNP with robust psychiatric clinical experience to join our growing outpatient team. In this role, you will provide a wide spectrum of care—ranging from standard medication management to advanced psychiatric modalities and addiction treatment. This is an ideal position for a motivated "go-getter" who wants to make a tangible, lasting difference in the mental health and recovery community of West Virginia. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing medication management . Administer and manage advanced psychiatric services , including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) treatments. Deliver specialized addiction treatment , including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) , in coordination with our network of community partners. Partner with local recovery centers to provide seamless, integrated behavioral health support for individuals navigating recovery. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans in a supportive, multidisciplinary outpatient setting. Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation. Qualifications Current, unencumbered license to practice as an APRN in the State of West Virginia. Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) OR Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C/BC) with documented, relevant psychiatric clinical experience. Valid DEA registration (including DATA waiver/X-waiver or current DEA MAT requirements) and prescriptive authority. Experience with or strong enthusiasm to learn advanced psychiatric therapies (TMS, Spravato) and addiction treatment/MAT. A strong passion for mental health advocacy, community care, and supporting the recovery population in West Virginia. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic practice.
