Medical Director Busy Moms Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a passion for women's health to join our growing team. We are a women-focused healthcare practice dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care in a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Our providers are given the time to truly listen, build relationships, and help patients feel empowered in their healthcare decisions. We are looking for someone who values connection, education, and holistic care while supporting women through every stage of life. Position Summary This NP will provide comprehensive women-focused healthcare services including preventive care, gynecologic care, hormone management, wellness support, and patient education. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping women feel heard, respected, and cared for while delivering high-quality clinical care with empathy and professionalism. This role may include care related to: Hormone optimization and menopause support PCOS management Weight management and metabolic wellness Preventive and wellness care Sexual and intimate wellness Pelvic floor health Family planning and contraceptive counseling Aesthetic and regenerative wellness services Responsibilities Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations Provide preventive and wellness-focused care for women across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions relevant to women's health Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, symptoms, and evidence-based care Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal guidelines Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care Provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and body-positive care Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support exceptional patient experiences Stay current with advancements in women's health and wellness care Preferred Clinical Interests Women's health and gynecology Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT/EvexiPEL) Menopause and perimenopause care PCOS and metabolic health Weight management/GLP-1 therapy Pelvic floor and intimate wellness Functional and integrative medicine Medical Aesthetics Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Active West Virginia RN and APRN license DEA certification and prescriptive authority Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients Passion for relationship-based, patient-centered healthcare Preferred Qualifications Experience in women's health, gynecology, hormone therapy, or wellness medicine Experience with Athenahealth EMR Training or interest in BHRT, wellness optimization, or aesthetics Strong interest in preventative and lifestyle-focused care Why Join Busy Moms Healthcare?
