Location:
Charleston, WV- Start date: ASAP pending completion of credentialing
- Contract length: 13 weeks (possible extension)
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate with per diemsAnticipated Schedule:

Experience Required:
1yrYour Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs within the timeframe specified by the client facility's policies, procedures, or protocols.
- Develop an individualized care plan for the patient, reflecting collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Perform appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician in an accurate and timely manner.
Role:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner with an active license in any state.
- One or more years (s) of recent experience within field needed.
- Current
BLS/BCLS
Certification.- Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
- Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions, and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional.
