  • Start date: ASAP pending completion of credentialing
  • Contract length: 13 weeks (possible extension)
  • Pay:
    Competitive hourly rate with per diems
  • Anticipated Schedule:
    Full Time
Experience Required:

Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Conduct an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs within the timeframe specified by the client facility's policies, procedures, or protocols.
  • Develop an individualized care plan for the patient, reflecting collaboration with other healthcare team members.
  • Perform appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician in an accurate and timely manner.
What You'll Need to Qualify for this
Role:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner with an active license in any state.
  • One or more years (s) of recent experience within field needed.
  • Current
BLS/BCLS
Certification.
  • Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
  • Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions, and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional.
