Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive primary care services within a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) operated by our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The provider will deliver age-appropriate care to students, promote wellness, and collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare teams to improve student health outcomes.
