Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient Gastroenterology practice based in Casper, Wyoming. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of GI specialists while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule, exceptional support, and outstanding work-life balance. No prior Gastroenterology experience is required—providers with a strong primary care or internal medicine background are encouraged to apply.
Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Patient Population:
Adults (18+)
Patient Volume:
Approximately 12-16 patients per day
Hospital Rounding:
None Travel:
Potential travel to outreach clinic locations as needed
Travel Reimbursement:
100% reimbursement provided for all outreach-related travel Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions Perform new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and develop individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies Educate patients on disease management, medications, and preventive care Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and the clinical support team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care Provide care at outreach clinic locations as needed Compensation & Benefits Annual average earnings between 170-200k
Base Salary:
$110,000-$120,000 45% Production Bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and CME Malpractice coverage Dedicated Medical Assistant support Full travel reimbursement for outreach clinic assignments Monday-Friday schedule offering an outstanding work-life balance Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Board Certified as an NP or PA Active Wyoming NP or PA license or eligibility for licensure Gastroenterology or adult internal medicine experience preferred
