Role:

Digestive Care Specialists LLC is looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our dedicated team in Casper, WY. Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with gastrointestinal and digestive disorders Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs, imaging, and endoscopic procedures Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments in accordance with Wyoming APRN scope of practice Provide patient education on disease management, nutrition, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to ensure continuity of patient services

Requirements:

Active APRN licensure in the state of Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain) Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program Current national NP board certification (FNP, ACNP, or equivalent) DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start date Experience in gastroenterology, internal medicine, or specialty care preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
