Job Description:

As an Activities Aid, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging activities and social interactions. You will work closely with our nursing staff to create and implement activity programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and conducting recreational and therapeutic activities for residents. Support residents in participating in activities and provide assistance as needed. Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere by encouraging participation and interaction. Collaborate with the nursing staff to monitor residents' engagement and adjust activities as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents during activities. Document residents' participation and feedback to help improve future programs.

Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
