Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Upbeat Caregiver/CNA to join our dynamic care team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality personal and medical support to clients in various settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities. Your positive attitude and dedication will help enhance the lives of those you serve while ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties Provide personal care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor vital signs and observe changes in health status to report promptly to supervising healthcare professionals Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols and documentation procedures Support clients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's disease, through engaging activities and behavior management strategies Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary Bathing Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with transfers and mobility Requirements Valid CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is highly preferred Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a home or community environment Strong communication skills for interacting compassionately with clients, families, and team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based care assignments Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us to make a meaningful difference every day!
