Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Schedule:
Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN (All Shifts Available) At Corning Therapy and Living Center our mission is to provide the highest quality of healthcare services and the greatest variety of healthcare options to the residents of this community we serve. We will provide a warm, comfortable, and rewarding experience not only for our residents who choose us, but for their families, our associates, and everyone who helps to make us the premier health care provider in Arkansas. Corning Therapy and Living Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care team. If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in residents' lives, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Measure and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow care plans and facility policies
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in Arkansas
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
