• 6:30 PM | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week | Every other weekend required | 32 hours guaranteed weekly

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract position in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, transfers) Take and record vital signs Monitor and document patient conditions Assist nursing staff with basic care and treatments Maintain accurate records and reports Assist with meals and daily care needs Respond to call lights and patient requests Maintain cleanliness of care areas Support nurses during emergencies Transport residents when needed Requirements Active Arizona CNA Certification Basic nursing care knowledge Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment LTC/geriatric experience preferred CPR/BLS preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
