CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Nights 12 hours shifts)

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment Qualifications
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
• Experience in behavioral health or working with patients with mental health conditions is preferred
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control practices
• Familiarity with medical documentation and electronic health records systems
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients in need of hospice care
