• Flagstaff, AZ Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care and support services in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting safety, dignity, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, and personal hygiene Support nursing staff with basic medical procedures and post-surgical care Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental conditions Obtain and document vital signs, intake/output, and specimen collections Maintain accurate medical records and worksheets Assist residents during meals and support dietary needs Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary resident care areas Assist with transportation, clerical duties, and other support tasks as needed Participate in quality improvement and workplace process initiatives

Requirements:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Knowledge of basic nursing care principles and patient safety practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation Ability to establish effective working relationships within a healthcare team Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
