Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant Essential Functions:

Under the direction and ongoing supervision of the registered nurse, providing essential personal care assistance to the patient: Performing such household services that are essential to the patient's well-being at home. Light meal preparation for patients. Provides emotional support and compassionate care to the patient and their family unit. Participating in continuing education. Charting via app on the company phone that is provided, based on the plan of care.

Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant Requirements:

Have CNA/LNA license Have a dependable car with active auto insurance Follow the care plan under the direction of the RNCM Hospice or home health experience is preferable Bilingual skills are a plus Soulistic Hospice is an
