You build your profile, propose your rate, and choose the shifts that fit your life — then facilities review profiles and send direct requests at the rate you set. You can also browse every open shift in your area and apply on your own. Two ways to get booked, both fully on your terms.
What you get:
Propose your own rate — set what your time is worth and facilities decide if they want you at your price Weekly pay — every week, on the dot, for shifts you worked the week before Total schedule control — no minimums, no quotas, no commitment. Pick up one shift a month or twenty $100 Loyalty Credit Program — unlock $100 after your first two completed shifts (most clinicians put it toward their insurance) Be your own boss — you come on as an independent contractor running your own business Onboarding support — we link you directly to the COI/insurance providers we see clinicians use most often What we're looking for: Active California CNA license in good standing Comfortable working in SNFs and assisted living facilities Reliable, professional, and ready to operate as a true independent professional Willing to carry your own COI (CNA policies typically run ~$60/year — our $100 loyalty credit covers your full first year with room to spare) Why this matters now: We're in early access.
