Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Providing routine nursing care according to care plans and supervisor direction
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
- Taking and documenting vital signs
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect Qualifications β Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required β Compassionate and dependable attitude β Strong teamwork and communication skills β Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment Whether you are an experienced CNA or a newly certified graduate, East Bay Post Acute provides the training and support needed to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.
