• Active physical Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (hard copy required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in correctional, psychiatric, long-term care, or acute care settings
• Current BLS AHA certification only
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background checks and correctional security clearance
• Strong communication, observation, and de-escalation skills Skills and Competencies
• Patient-centered care with professionalism in high-stress and secure environments
• Strong adaptability, calm under pressure, and excellent situational awareness
• Effective teamwork and communication with interdisciplinary staff
• Understanding of emergency protocols and correctional safety standards Unit Information
