Certified Nursing Assistant Emmanuel Care Center-travis Fairfield, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $25 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Working with geriatric patients Working with seniors CNA Full Job Description Job Summary Emmanuel Care Center Travis are seeking a experience and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The CNA provides direct resident care and assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and use of mobility devices. Obtain and record vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other assigned observations. Answer resident call lights promptly and courteously. Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the licensed nurse. Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Support residents in participating in activities and social engagement. Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times. Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members. Qualifications Current CNA certification in the State of California. Current CPR certification preferred. Previous SNF or long-term care experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with elderly residents and individuals with varying levels of cognitive and physical abilities. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
