Job Description

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Subacute (SAU) Unit Greenfield Care Center of Fillmore was founded in 2003 as a 98 bed facility includes 27 bed subacute unit. The facility has continued to evolve and thrive, providing the best quality of care for the residents who reside at the facility. We ensure that all residents are treated with dignity and respect while creating individualized care for our residents based on their best interest. Greenfield Care Center provides an uplifting atmosphere of healing and excels at meeting our resident's needs.
Job Requirements:
• Must have a current/valid C.N.A certification • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills . BCLS certification .Minimum six months experience in long term care. Subacute experience preferred. Responsibilities Working under the direction of the licensed nurse, the Certified Nurse Assistant provides nursing care within his/her scope of practice following unit specific standards of care and the policies and procedures.
Brief Job Description:
Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in an assigned area. Assist patients with activities of daily living, provides personal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel
