Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment such as wheelchairs Mobility and Transfer support. Toileting and Continence Care Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic environment Medication reminders and following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Companionship and Emotional Support Safety Supervision and Fall Prevention Qualifications Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), caregiver, or homemaker in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes effectively Compassionate attitude with excellent skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting patients safely and maintaining a clean living environment Join us today to become an essential part of a compassionate team committed to enriching lives through dedicated caregiving.
