You'll work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan. Key Responsibilities (Summary): Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Accurately document care, vital signs, and food/fluid intake Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Support restorative and rehabilitative care as directed Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines Promote a calm, respectful, and positive environment

Qualifications:
