Certified Nursing Assistant

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. Certified Nursing Assistant Full-time NOC shift; 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay) Salary range: $18.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience $2 per hour NOC shift differential Blended salary range (base pay + overtime pay): $21.00-$24.50 per hour Full benefits (medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k w/company match, life insurance, and more!) for fulltime positions Full-time schedule Week 1 days include Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week 2 days include Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Repeat La Mesa, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on Aztec Drive CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) 15-bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN, 3 CNAs per shift Low patient ratios On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant who is kind, hardworking and dedicated to helping us provide compassionate, gentle care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inpatient or long-term care facility and is capable of providing Activities of Daily Living such as helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities, as well as documenting care and taking vital signs. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working with individuals with special needs and having the opportunity to make a true difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic bedside care such as assisting the patient in moving to and from bed and ensuring that the patient's condition is monitored properly with consistent assessments Assist patients with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse. Observe patients and report changes to the nurse Provide basic support to convalescing patients Assist with mobility exercises and range of motion activities

Qualifications:
