JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The CNA will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support residents with daily living activities and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and feeding Support mobility and patient transfers Maintain patient safety and infection control standards Monitor and report changes in resident condition Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment Document basic care activities in

EMR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Active California CNA Certification required Minimum 3 years CNA experience required Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills Basic computer skills required

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS BLS

(AHA Required)
