This could be a wonderful fit for a current or former CNA, nursing student, pre-med student, SLPA, COTA, OT/PT student, or anyone with pediatric or special needs experience looking for meaningful summer work—with the option to continue very part-time in the fall.

Pay:

$40/hour

Schedule:

Summer (June-August) and then continuing hours in the fall and beyond if interested 5-6 hours per day, Monday-Friday Optional weekend hours available Very part-time hours in the fall (5-10 hours per week, and we can work around your schedule) About the

Patient:

Our patient is a fun, sweet teenager with a rare syndrome that impacts mobility and communication. She also has occasional seizures that are well managed with medication. We are looking for someone who is: Playful, energetic, and naturally engaging Loves singing, music, and play-based interaction Excited to support communication using her AAC device Comfortable assisting with personal care including toileting, dressing, and daily routine Collaborative and excited to work alongside an experienced, loving care team This is much more than a caregiving role—we are looking for someone who truly enjoys connecting, playing, communicating, and helping this patient have an amazing summer.
