  • ❀️ Warm, resident-focused care environment Position Summary As a CNA at The Pines, you will provide routine daily nursing care and support services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. You'll play a vital role in promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
  • Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and resident observations
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility policies
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and calm resident environment
  • Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care Qualifications
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California
  • CPR preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude
