$22.57 - $29.13 per hour DOE ✅ Full-Time Stable Employment ✅ Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits ✅ Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay ✅ Supportive Leadership Team ✅ Opportunities for Career Advancement ✅ Team-Oriented Culture ✅ Meaningful Work That Makes a Difference Every Day What You'll Do As a CNA, you'll help residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life by: Assisting with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition Taking and recording vital signs Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and mobility Helping residents during meals and recording food/fluid intake Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges Maintaining accurate documentation Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Providing compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families Most importantly, you'll help create a home-like environment where residents feel respected, valued, and cared for.
What We're Looking For Required:
Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification Ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Genuine passion for caring for seniors
Preferred:
