We are currently seeking Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts. If you are caring, dependable, and passionate about resident care, we would love to welcome you to our team. General Purpose The primary purpose of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan, and as directed by nursing supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide routine daily care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse promptly Accurately document care provided on flow sheets, charts, and electronic medical records Measure and record vital signs (TPRs) as assigned Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care as directed Maintain a clean, calm, and safe resident environment Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with the care team Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current, active California CNA certification BLS/CPR certification preferred Skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor Ability to follow directions and facility policies What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($17.00-$20.00 BOE) Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Career development and advancement opportunities Employee recognition and appreciation programs Healthcare benefits and 401(k) options Ongoing training and education Work Environment Skilled Nursing Facility setting Long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents Exposure to clinical environments and healthcare equipment Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Gateway Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
