Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS! The Opportunity:

Sign-On Bonus:

$1,500 Bonus (Paid out at 3, 6, and 12 months for Full-Time employees).

Pay Rate:

Starting at $21.00-$25 per hour (Based on experience).

Schedule:

Full-Time | 4 Days On / 2 Days Off (Consistent and predictable!).

Shifts:

Day, Evening, and Night shifts available.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you will provide essential daily care that ensures our residents live with dignity and comfort.

Personal Care:

Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Clinical Support:

Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.

Nutrition:

Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.

Communication:

Promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership.

Environment:

Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas while following all infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

Certification:

Active California CNA certification (Required).

Attitude:

Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused.

Teamwork:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
