Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time- AM PM and NOC Sunnyvale Gardens | Sunnyvale, CA Sunnyvale Gardens, located in Sunnyvale, California, specializes in providing onsite rehabilitation services to help our residents regain their independence and successfully return home. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join us!
Position Details Schedule:
Full-Time all shifts
AM PM and NOC Pay Rate:

This role plays a key part in ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Observe residents and report changes in condition or needs to appropriate staff Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Support daily living activities and resident care procedures Serve meals and distribute/pick up meal trays Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Assist with departmental tasks as directed by the supervisor Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Previous experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused We are an equal opportunity employer.
