Job Summary RNFA (Perioperative Services) (CNA) Day Shift, 4 x 10s, M - F 0630 - 1500 or 0830 to 1700, no set off day. This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Assist registered nurse and surgeon during perioperative phases with sterile technique. Maintain patient safety by adhering to universal precautions and infection control. Engage in continuous learning to expand perioperative competencies and certification. Coordinate patient flow and room setup to optimize operating room efficiency. Monitor and report patient conditions and potential anesthesia concerns to the team. Support instrument handling, counting, and equipment readiness for procedures. Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and meeting productivity metrics. Document perioperative activities and assist with charting as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet targets and improve throughput. Educate patients and families about perioperative processes and care expectations. Assist with postoperative recovery documentation and discharge planning support. Experience/Qualifications Certified RNFA or demonstrated perioperative nurse fellowship progress. Maintain sterile technique and universal precautions per OR standards. CNA-level support with instrument handling and room setup duties. Accurate perioperative documentation and charting assistance. Strong teamwork with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia for patient flow. Ability to monitor patient conditions and report anesthesia concerns promptly. Commitment to continuous learning and perioperative certification attainment. Educational support for patients and families about perioperative processes. Demonstrate accountability for individual performance and productivity metrics.
