Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado CPR certification Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range:

$18-$25 $2,000 Sign on Bonus; Bonus - paid over 18 months DOE, bonus for full-time employees only Ready to make a difference?
