Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - FT Join our compassionate team at Haxtun Health as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and help us deliver exceptional care to our community. Starting Pay Range:
$18.54/hr - $24.10/hr , depending on experience
Position Status:
Full-time, non-exempt
Shift:
Evenings Shift Differentials:
Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage

Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a key role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients in our Extended Care Unit. Working alongside our nursing team, you'll support patients' physical and emotional needs while assisting with the day-to-day operations. We're looking for a flexible, team-oriented caregiver who is ready to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit healthcare setting.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Current Colorado State Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Health Insurance:
Haxtun Health covers 100% of employee only premiums for all health insurance plans. We also contribute a portion of the premiums for additional plan selections, including spouse, children, or family plans as applicable.
Dental and Vision Insurance:
(optional) Haxtun Health pays 50% of the premiums, including spouse, children, or family, as applicable. Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued at approximately 17 days for the first year of employment for hourly employees and 22 days for the first year of employment for salaried employees. PTO accrual increases as your length of service increases. This includes holidays.
Sick Leave:
Up to 48 hours per year.
Retirement Plan:
Up to a 3% employer match, which increases with your length of service. New employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution rate (can be opted out). Employees must complete 5 years of employment to be 100% vested.
Employee Health Payment Match:
Haxtun Health matches employee payments up to $1,000 per year per family for services received at Haxtun Health's hospital or clinics. Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI): Haxtun Health participates in the
CO FAMLI
program, which is a social insurance program that provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events.
Term Life Insurance:
1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
