Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Civita Care Center at Meadowbrook | Granby, CT $35-$38/hour | PRN Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a

PRN COTA

at Civita Care Center at Meadowbrook. You'll help residents strengthen the skills they use in everyday routines, providing treatment under an Occupational Therapist's plan of care in a skilled nursing setting. What You'll Do Guide residents through activities related to dressing, grooming, and daily function Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising OT Use adaptive strategies identified in the care plan to support participation Observe residents' responses and communicate changes to the OT Complete treatment notes and work with nursing and the rehab team What We Offer PRN opportunities based on facility needs Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral Support from the rehab team and regional leadership Qualifications Active Connecticut COTA license Good communication and timely documentation skills Skilled nursing experience is a plus Apply today to learn more about the
