The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and demonstrate the ability to work independently in a home care setting. Position Requirements Current Connecticut CNA certification. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to the client's home. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Experience in home care or private duty services preferred. Must pass background check

Sunday:
5-hour shift Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs). Provide personal care and hygiene assistance. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition. Maintain accurate documentation as required. Promote client safety, comfort, and independence. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
