PCA CNA Homemaker Positions Available Job Summary We are looking for caring people to join our homecare team, helping clients with daily living, comfort, and safety. This important position supports individuals with a variety of health conditions, such as disabilities and dementia. We have immediate openings for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

Duties:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Provide emotional support and companionship to promote a positive and supportive environment for clients. Support client mobility, including safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs. Ensure cleanliness and organization of client rooms and shared spaces. Comply with all safety protocols and infection control procedures. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality and privacy. Collaborate with administrative personnel to execute individualized care plans, including those for hospice care clients. Skills Strong knowledge to respond effectively in urgent situations. Proficient in providing client care tailored to individual needs, including dementia care and working with people with disabilities. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and homecare team members. Ability to work compassionately under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
